Frieze Masters tickets for students
Calling all students! Waddington Custot are providing free Frieze Masters tickets for art students this week. With the support of Frieze, the first 60 students who visit our gallery at 11 Cork Street, London, will receive, on presentation of their student card, a one-entry pass to Frieze Masters. The tickets are available for Friday 13 October, Saturday 14 October and Sunday 15 October. Tickets for Saturday and Sunday are limited and access Frieze Masters only, Friday tickets give access to both Frieze Masters and Frieze London, but ticket-holders must access the fair through Frieze Masters first.
Through this initiative we aim to support the next generation of artists by providing physical access to experience one of the most exciting moments in the art world calendar.
Our Frieze Masters booth presents work by two leading twentieth century artists: Barry Flanagan and Jean Dubuffet. Both were considered mavericks in their day, interested in ideas of surrealism, the subconscious and the unfettered imagination. This presentation will open a dialogue between the two artists for the first time, shedding new light on both their practices.
